Lithtex NW is hiring a Sales Representative to promote our expert printing services!
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for connecting businesses with expert printing solutions? Lithtex NW, a division of Northwest Center, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Greater Tacoma Area.
Reporting to the Lithtex NW Director, Sales and Operations, you'll use a consultative approach to expand our reach to businesses, retailers, industries, and institutions. This role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social selling. You'll collaborate with our production team to deliver exceptional printing services to clients.
This role will be remote-based in the Greater Tacoma Area, and this position will require local travel for sales meetings, networking, and marketing.
Location: Remote-based in Tacoma, WA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time
Wage: $65,000 per year + 3% Commission

Essential Functions:
- Drive growth by building strong relationships in your territory.
- Identify and engage prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate key accounts by connecting with decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep understanding of the printing industry.
- 3+ years of B2B direct sales experience.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
